Inspired by @Dream_life_loading on TikTok, I created my own challenge: 100 Days of Change. The challenge offers opportunities for change in all areas of life, taking small actions to become better in as many ways as possible. I encourage everyone to challenge themselves by giving it a try!

Goal
To create a habit of change by adding small changes into your routine for 100 days in a row.
The Challenge
Each day focuses on a new way in which you can improve your life!
The daily challenges rotate through 9 various categories focusing on different mental and physical aspects of life:
Physical
Spiritual
Relationships
Self
Future
Education
Habits
Finance
Mental
Takeaway
After 100 days of the actual challenge, plus planning, and filming, I have learned a lot. This challenge pushed my boundaries and encouraged me to push my boundaries in a way I may not have otherwise, which allowed me to grow. Every morning I had to get up, put myself together, get in the right mindset and film each day - some days were a challenge, while other days it was a welcome change that positively shifted my mindset. This challenge created a routine of content planning, creation, and editing that kept me accountable no matter what was happening in my life otherwise.
I also learned about my reaction to change. I had to reflect on my mindset, my spending habits, my physical health, my relationships with others, my connection with education, and so much more. Overall, I grew as a person because of it.
I benefitted from completing this challenge, but so did others! I got more positive feedback from friends than I expected. I had people the challenge, others who watched all my videos, and gave me feedback via DM on Instagram or in-person from friends and family members. Every person had positive feedback on how the challenge worked for them, even if they only completed select days.
So, I would recommend this challenge to others. Humans are meant to for continued growth, however, we also like our comfort zones. Unfortunately, we cannot have them both at the same time but rather we must find small ways to consistently step out of our comfort zones and foster growth to become a better version of ourselves. So, give it a try!
